2.11.19
Today My topic was based on the Bfg, which I choose of a website called Summer Learning Journey. I had to write a piece of writing about what the BFG smells like, sounds like and looks like.
The BFG is known for the big friendly Giant. Everyday he wears the same old scruffy clothes, with a short non sleeved brown leather jacket. He has Grey spiky hair that points upwards. His voice sounds old and rugged. The BFG is very tall with a huge extraordinary personality. The BFG probably has a strong stinky smell, but i'm guessing he doesn't care. He has a kind loving heart and is willing to help the poor little girl sophie. It sure would be amazing tomet a BFG!

Chernobyl Disaster:
Today in class we had ro study 3 facts about the Chernobyl disaster. Down below are my facts.
In 1986 the Chernobyl disaster was caused by a the nuclear power plant blowing up and burning.
. It is illegal to live in Chernobyl, but despite this 130-150 still do.
. The firefighters were struggling to put the fire out so eventually helicopters had to dump big buckets of sand to help put it out.

Well and Not So Well
One thing that I am doing well at is reading. In my group I enjoy reading out loud because I like reading at my own pace. One thing I think im not doing well at is sometimes I get distracted from others around me and it puts me of doing my work.

The Dove and the Ant
When I was watching the video of the poem It showed a two creatures, an Ant and a Dove. The ant was stranded on something in the stream, the Dove flew down with some grass and saved the little ant. The dove shows true kindness. The went up to the tree and a man came a,ong with a slingshot he wanted to hit the poor dove. The Ant stuck up for the dove and stung the man on the foot. The ant stuck up for the dove and saved the dove.
This poem showed Love and courage.
